Refund Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with the refund policy.

We want to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing our services including coaching, consulting, retreat experiences, and digital content. Thus, by purchasing our content you agree to the terms of use and refund policy. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for room deposit retreat payments, coaching services, or digital content.

Retreat Cancellations Policy: 
Guest Cancellations: If you need to cancel any retreat, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.  
Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:  
If you cancel 90 days or more before your Start Date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat. This excludes a room deposit per person which is 100% non-refundable.
If you cancel between 60 – 90 days before your Start Date, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid. This excludes a room deposit per person which is 100% non-refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days before the Start Date of the retreat are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of everything that was paid.  
This is due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.  

Retreat Cancellations made by Us: 
If for any reason we need to cancel or change the Start Date of any Retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the amount paid to a future trip (either scheduled or at some future time within the next two (2) years) to be used as credit.  Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by You to Us, which will be accommodated insofar as is possible within a 90-day window to return funds., taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat.

Coaching Services Refunds: 
Once coaching services have been purchased or rendered, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. We believe in our coaching methods and approach, and we're confident that our customers will achieve results with our coaching services. If there is a problem with the coaching services that we provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the coaching session to discuss a resolution. Coaching services must be used in the designated timeframe or are considered forfeited and may be delivered at the convenience and ability of the coach.

Digital Content Refunds: Because you are given full access to all of the content immediately, we do not offer refunds for any of our digital content products, including ebooks, courses, and other educational materials, except where required by law. Please be sure to review the product information carefully before making a purchase to ensure that it meets your needs.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment processor, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover any fees, costs, or damages associated with the dispute. Please contact us directly if you have any issues accessing your digital content or other purchased products.
